The Oklahoma Black Chamber of Commerce Career & Contractors Fair

The Oklahoma Black Chamber of Commerce continues to find ways to get Oklahomans back to the workforce.

This fall the Oklahoma Black Chamber of Commerce Career & Contractors Fair is Thursday October 28, 2010. We are hosting these companies: University of Phoenix, Osage Million Dollar Elm Casino, Mary Kaye, Tulsa City Health Department, Hillcrest Medical Center, Tulsa Housing Authority, Manhattan Construction Company, Sherwood Construction, Flinto Construction, Macy’s, City of Tulsa, Tulsa Technology Center, Spartan College of Aeronautics & Technology, Eaton Corporation and more!

One of the areas that have shown job opportunity is in the construction sector. Major construction jobs are receiving jobs around the state.

These construction jobs represent substantial dollars for business that can acquire these contracts. We have contacted major construction firms to participate in our Fair. We are inviting non-prime and sub-contractors as well as individuals.  Also, major career opportunities with major corporate companies are ready to hire individuals who are ready to work.  Come prepared with your resumé to get the job you want!

This event is open to all on Thursday October 28, 2010 form 9:00am-3:00pm at the Tulsa Community College North East Campus 3727 East Apache/Harvard, in the Seminar Center of the Main Building.
